We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request or order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or service availability.
3. Age Restriction

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

By opting in through our website form, chat widget, or other opt-in method, and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Boykin Consulting related to the category you selected (e.g., appointment/service notifications and/or marketing offers regarding roofing services).
• Program Description: Messages may include appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, scheduling reminders, and (if you separately opt in) promotional offers.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Consent: Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement.
Management Fees: Fees paid for our services — including ad campaign management, AI calling/appointment-setting services, and related setup — are non-refundable once work has begun, including but not limited to campaign creation, ad account setup, AI caller configuration, and lead routing.
Ad Spend: Any portion of your payment allocated to third-party advertising spend (e.g., Meta/Facebook ad budget) is passed directly to the ad platform and is non-refundable once spent, regardless of campaign performance.
No Guarantee of Results: Due to the nature of digital advertising and outbound calling, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, estimates booked, or return on ad spend. Performance can vary based on factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad platform policies, and lead responsiveness. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with lead volume or campaign results.
Setup Fees: One-time onboarding or setup fees are non-refundable once account access has been granted and setup work has commenced.
Cancellations: You may cancel ongoing services at any time in accordance with the notice period specified in your service agreement. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will be applied after the effective cancellation date.
Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge so we can review and correct the issue.
If payment is not received for services rendered, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account, services, or SMS program.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Boykin Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials from our website without our express written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
